Exchange and Return Policy

To return a card purchased through Al-Shabaka Al-Oula website, please contact Customer Service at 920013401 within 48 hours of receiving the order. A customer service agent will assist you with your request.


  • Requests to return used cards will not be accepted.
  • The card must be in the same condition as received, in its envelope.
  • The delivery fee, which is 30 SAR, is non-refundable.
  • Card returns are limited to cases where the customer did not receive the discounts shown in the app. The return policy does not apply if the service was used, unavailable in the app, or if the card has been benefited from in any way.
  • For returned cards, only the value of the products will be refunded (excluding cash-on-delivery and shipping fees) which is 30 SAR (thirty riyals).
  • If the card is returned to the company’s main offices (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam), the deducted delivery fee will be 25 SAR, and the refund will be processed within 48 hours or paid in cash to the beneficiary.
  • Refunds to the customer’s bank account may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment providers.
  • We have designed an easy and flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience smooth and convenient. However, the return request may be declined if repeated returns from the same customer are observed or if the card or its image has been used or benefited from in any way.

How can I exchange a card purchased from Al-Shabaka Al-Oula?


  • To exchange a card purchased through the website in the name of another person, please contact Customer Service at 0537199787 within a maximum of three days from receiving the order. A customer service agent will assist you with your request.
  • Requests to exchange used cards will not be accepted.
  • The card to be exchanged must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The value of the card to be exchanged must be equal to the new card’s value.
  • When you receive the new order, a delivery fee of 30 SAR will be due at the time of exchange.
  • If new cards are exchanged for old cards at one of the company’s offices (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam), the exchange delivery fee will be 25 SAR.
