# الشبكة الأولى للخصومات الطبية — Alaola

> Alaola (الشبكة الأولى) is a Saudi medical **discount network** — not health insurance. A paid membership card gives the holder an instant discount on the cash price at more than 4,000 partner hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and radiology centers across 18+ cities in Saudi Arabia, with partners in Jordan, Egypt and Turkey as well.

How it works: the member shows the card — digital or printed — at the reception desk **before the invoice is issued**, the staff verify the membership, and the discount is applied directly to the bill. There are no claims to file, no waiting period and no cap on visits. The member pays the remaining amount themselves: the card lowers the price, it does not cover the cost.

## Membership

Plans come as individual or family memberships (up to 4 first-degree family members on one account, each with their own named card), for one or two years. Activation is immediate after online payment, and the digital card is issued right away.

**الضمان الذهبي — the Golden Guarantee:** if a member does not receive the discount they are entitled to, Alaola refunds the subscription fee in full.
